my experience at PwC KL
whoa..2 months of interning at PwC. after its all over, i would have said i definitely enjoyed it. no doubt it had its ups and downs, but i realised that i had learnt so much over this past 2 months, till now there's no regret for giving up my summer holidays to do this [well....a better pay would have more perks tho]
got to know heaps of people, loved my seniors and workmates to bits. they were all so nice in guiding me and even giving me ideas for my honours research project ;) and even buying me lunch! guess my whole team was very very into food....we went for good food most of the time and i got to knw heaps of places that have the best food..even if we were busy, we were not short on food as there was mains, desert and fruits..not to mention all the junk food we got fm our clients too and all the cheap foods we got.
work wise i guess i learnt heaps too. got given sections of the audit to do as well. guess at the end of the day it was great that i got the chance to do practical audit too!!!
well...on the other hand, at times i was pretty free esp during the last few weeks of my internship....spent quite a bit of time chatting and also planning outings! and where ther was no internet, spider solitaire kept me quite entertained too..
oh..the other downside was that i was sent to do soo soo much printing and photocopying and faxing. im a pro at those machines now. really.
had so much fun on my last day as well just hanging and catching up with the other interns that were there too. thanks guys for my impromtu celebration :D:D
our last day - dinner together
overall holiday in KLwas so glad i got to meet up with my close mates that were in high school with me. we talked, catched up, laughed and talked even louder over good food and good company. i really miss hanging out with them...we were all so close in school and parted our ways, but im glad distance and time doesnt really change us. cant wait to get back to hang more with u girlies!!
